USA 43, Brasil 16

USA men's Eagles are one step, albeit a sizable stride, away from the 2018 Americas Rugby Championship after comfortable defeat of Brasil, 43 - 16, in the South American nation yesterday. A seven-try performance by the Eagles, including a brace from flanker Hanco Germishuys and a second from former Chicago Bear Paul Lasike in as many Tests assisted the try-fest in São José dos Campos.
Eagles can claim the ARC trophy on Saturday the upcomer in Uruguay with a win over Los Teros in Montevideo.

Argentina topped Canada, 40-15, in the northern city of Jujuy. Uruguay throttled Chile, 67-15, in a 12-try performance that included a tryple from 8man Manuel Diana, a 21-year old whose birthday falls on March 4, the day after the title-deciding ARC fixture next week in the Uruguayan capital.
