Park City Haggis, America’s most favorite rugby dish, holds the ordering seat at table
just now with an unblemished record and a hefty 50+ points-per-match
differential; in short, Haggis ate the division in fall, 2018.
Highlanders trail the leaders by four match, or table, points and they
and Quins have played an extra game. Highlanders host Barbarians, who’ve 11
table points, today at 1pm at the Jake, corner of Oneida and Mississippi,
Denver.
Boulder Rugby middle the pack with 12 table points. They’ll test
Harlequins today at 1pm in their home grounds at PleasantView Park, corner of
Longmont Diagonal and 47th in B-Town.
Barbos, holders of the national title and currently in 4th on
the chart, could make a significant jump with a good result today at Francis Wisebart
Jacobs Park.
Harlequins are currently in the basement and head to Boulder today for the
derby at PleasantView.
End of the day (and season, maybe!) this is now a Park City table and
to be sure, they’ve set that table with the fine Caledonian Course for which they
are named. Four league games remain before playoffs or the Endless Summer.
