Friendlies: Last Chats


One may expect to see respective nations’ patterns, if not their strong sides, on the upcomer as the final fixings for 2019 RWC  get on across the globe in Africa, the Americas, Europe Asia and Oceania.  11 fixtures are on tap: six in the Northern Hemisphere; five south of the equator. France and Fiji are on the bye, but rest assured they’re not resting.  

Friday, September 6:
                Japan (10) v (5) South Africa at Kumagaya Athletic Stadium, Saitama - 4:15 am MST: excellent contest;
                Scotland (7) v (12) Georgia at Murrayfield, Edinburgh - 12:30pm MST: Scotland are looking Hotland v Lelos just these days;
                England (3) v (13) Italy at St James Park, Newcastle - 12:45pm MST; wotcher, Rose?
                New Zealand (1) v (15) Tonga at Waikato Stadium, Hamilton - 8:35pm MST: wotcher ABs? Beau back at 10:
                Randwick (20-11th) v (11) Argentina at Coogee Oval, Sydney - 11pm MST: see what Pumas have been working on the past month;

Saturday, September 7:
                Australia (6) v (16) Samoa at BankWest Stadium, Sydney - 3:30am MST: bruiser;
                Ireland (2) v (4) Wales at the RDS, Dublin - 7am MST: Patchell starts for Wales today at pivot;
                Namibia (23) v (20-23th) Southern Kings - at Walvis Bay High School, Walvis Bay - 7am MST: at the lower end of Skeleton Coast;
                Russia (20) v (20-20th) Connacht at VTB Arena, Moscow - 10am MST; good test for both;
                Uruguay (19) v (20-19th) Argentina B at Estadio CharrĂșa, Montevideo - 3pm, MST: Los Teros should like this as a win;
                Canada (21) v (14) USA at BC Place, Vancouver - 8pm MST: Match of Weekend!!!
